Marketplace Connect has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The customer service team has been really helpful and quick to answer any questions we’ve had during setup. Really annoying thing when syncing orders to Amazon there is not enough info on Shopify Fulfilment for all of the Amazon fields so my orders were failing valid tracking rate on amazon so I got suspended once and had to go in and daily correct the tracking. Now the shopify send the corrects info in the right format so DPD Local on shopify (which is correct) now changed to just DPD for amazon and adds the Carrier Service which was getting left blank before
Slow support.
Engineers are unable to fix faulty images issues on Ebay for 1year+
Plenty of minor issues and bugs. But possible to list items, yet not ideal. Improvements come slowly in development
