- Preview each shipment, including the carrier, shipping service, and package. Adjust or fill in any missing information as needed.
- Buy all of your shipping labels in one click, then print them as a single PDF.
- Skip the line at the post office, and drop off all your orders at once.

Custom Formatting for Bulk
Print shipping labels using a desktop or thermal label printer. If you use 8.5 x 11 paper, the print format has been updated to support bulk labels—you can now print two 4 x 6 inch labels per page.

Who can use bulk label printing at no extra cost?
Merchants located in Canada and the United States can use bulk label printing free of charge, as long as they buy and print their shipping labels directly through their store's admin. It works alongside the discounted carrier rates already available to sellers who ship this way, so eligible merchants pay nothing extra to batch-process multiple labels at once. High-volume sellers preparing for busy shipping periods tend to see the biggest time savings from this feature.
Do I need special software or equipment to print labels in bulk?
Printing shipping labels in bulk generally doesn't require specialized software or a printer. Sellers can print batches with a standard desktop printer on plain paper, or speed things up with a thermal label printer built for shipping. Most order or shipping dashboards handle the batching internally, so businesses can typically start printing in bulk using equipment they already own rather than buying new hardware.
Can I void or get a refund for a shipping label printed in bulk?
Yes, shipping labels bought in a bulk batch can typically be voided individually or all at once, and unused label costs are credited back to the account once the void is processed. Up to 250 shipping labels can be voided at the same time, and after a label is voided, the cost is credited to the account. Voided labels can't be restored, so a new label needs to be created if the order still needs to ship, and refund timing depends on the carrier.
