After going thru 3 other supposed experts, with one my grandson had to walk him thru the process, I finally found a true expert...She immediately listened to me and recognized my problem..I am a senior citizen and am not good on computers.. She took what I said, asked a few questions and did the job..She took the time to text/email me to keep my updated and did not get upset with my lack of knowle...

I did get a very fast initial response, however after the $45 charge and a quick email that said now we can go further for more $ - not enough information to help me understand what's next and then no further communication   Quite disappointing actually
